The bubble does not appear
Open Formidable Settings and check Accessibility. If Formidable is missing from the macOS list, use Show app, then add that exact app with the + button.
Formidable cannot hear you
Open Formidable Settings and check Microphone. Turn access on, then return to Formidable and use the microphone check again.
Dictation did not come back
Keep the recovery recording when Formidable offers Retry. A temporary connection problem does not require you to repeat what you said.
Still stuck?
In Formidable Settings, choose Export diagnostics. The ZIP excludes your recordings and dictated words and can be shared deliberately with the person supporting your beta installation.
